Art makes you

Is a non-profit organization founded in Seattle (USA) by Eva Stephanus and Innes Westcott in 2014. The aim of the project is to help children in greatest need in unlocking their potential through creativity and various forms of art.

To date, Art Makes You art classes successfully operate in the USA, Latvia, Ukraine and are free for participants, of course. More than 500 children have already taken part in various art programs. We hope that their number will grow. Twice a year, the creators of Art Makes You organize charity auctions in Seattle to raise funds to fund future art classes. Thus, the organization exists at the expense of contributions of caring people.
We believe that art, creativity, as well as an individual approach, can help children go beyond the bounds of everyday life and prevailing circumstances!

We want to help each child find his own voice, feel the strength and confidence to create in himself!
Art is fun! Art is fascinatingly! And most importantly, it is next to you and our team of volunteer teachers will be happy to open this amazing world for you!

In December 2015, the first opening of the Art Makes You art camp for children aged 11-14 from families of Ukrainian defenders took place in Kharkov. We spent four interesting days where the children got acquainted with painting, acting and photography. Frankly, the results exceeded all our expectations. Without exception, everyone received a lot of pleasure and a sea of ​​vivid impressions.
